    Why we collect it:

    To process your order, communicate with you about your purchase, and send you updates if you have opted in.

    What we do not do:

    We never sell, share or rent your personal data to third parties. Ever.

    Mailing list:

    You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.

    Cookies:

    Our website uses basic cookies to improve your experience. You can disable these in your browser settings.

    Your rights:

    Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. Email us at theropetemple@icloud.com to make a request.

  • Physical products:

    We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days of receiving the returned item.

    Hygiene items:

    For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used. This includes rope that has been uncoiled or used in any way.

    Workshops and digital products:

    Workshop bookings are non-refundable within 14 days of the event. If you need to cancel before that window, we will offer a credit toward a future event.

    Damaged or wrong items:

    If we have sent the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours with a photo and we will sort it immediately.

  • Processing time:

    All orders are dispatched within 5 working days of payment being received.

    UK Shipping:

    • Standard delivery: 2 to 4 working days

    International Shipping:

    We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 working days. International shipping starts from £10.00. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
